I'm always on the lookout for innovative and unusual home accessories for my interior design clients because as I've mentioned in previous posts, it's all in the details. Some of my favorite accessories are from collections by Elad Yifrach, Founder and Creative Director of L'Objet. Elad creates extraordinary tabletop and decorative accessories, including dinnerware, salt & pepper shakers, napkin rings and bejeweled photo frames.
Elad's highly skilled craftsmen working with various metals, produce exquisitely detailed and luxurious limited edition pieces. As his online bio notes - "The hand-crafting techniques Elad has helped evolve and the exquisite pieces they produce are unique in the world."
So I was thrilled to discover that L'Objet recently opened a gorgeous accessories boutique in the West Village. I stopped by yesterday and it didn't disappoint. Not only is it a showcase for Elad's exclusive lifestyle world, but also similarly high caliber luxury brands sit alongside his L'Objet products. There are sumptuous cashmere and mohair throws by E.Z. Caray, Vetro Viero crystal glasses, flatware, throw pillows, Fortuny canisters and plates in their signature patterns, L'Objet trays, ceramic bowls, candles, photo frames along with vintage one of a kind pieces.
I also saw for the first time the L'objet apothecary collection of soaps, perfumes, lotions and linen sprays, in 3 heady sultry fragrances of Rose Noir, Côte Maquis and Bois Sauvage. All contained in sleek black and white packaging to fit seamlessly into every decor.
Stuck for ideas of what to give your Valentine - look no further than the L'Objet boutique!!
